From September 3rd through 7th the Zoppe, an Italian family circus will be setting up shop at Dvorak Park in the Pilsen Neighborhood of Chicago. The Zoppe's have been in the circus business for 3 generations and perform a traditional italian family circus with 1 ring.
The Clandestino crew was invited by Willie Wagner from Honky Tonk BBQ to cook up some gourmet bbq after the show. We love the circus so we had to be a part of it.
On Friday night, September 5th we will be offering 3 different homemade sausages and Willie will be serving his award-winning Memphis Style BBQ, including pulled pork, beef brisket, and ribs, all smoked on site.
You can sit down under the big top for the show at 7:30 then stay for some bbq backstage immediately after the performance. You are welcome to BYOB.
Cost includes circus performance and bbq.
